meldCX has been awarded gold in the two categories:
1. Digital - New Service or Application for Viana™, a meldCX product
This can be any new service or application from a start-up to an industry leader. It’s not just bells and whistles we're after but true innovation, exceeding expectations and filling a void that had previously been open
Project Overview: meldCX and AOPEN collaborated on a project with Westpac to deploy a vision analytics solution that measures content effectiveness of their digital signage campaigns by leveraging Westpac's existing CMS proof of play data with meldCX proprietary audience insights.
“The project enabled Westpac to have a baseline for how customers engage with content. They were able to increase the value of their existing screens, and make more content relevant to their customers,” says Thor Turrecha, meldCX’s EVP of SaaS.

2. Digital - IoT for Concept SALi
The Internet of Things has the power to reshape our world, as there is endless opportunity as we start to connect people to things, things to things and people to people. What will stand out in IoT are those that create a seamless experience and make the ordinary extraordinary.
Project Overview: meldCX, an enterprise software solution provider based in Australia, collaborated with Intel, AOPEN, Microsoft and Google to create a self-service smart kiosk for package delivery at post offices. Commissioned by Australia Post, customers can now simply come and drop off packages themselves without staff assistance at Australia Post shops across Australia.
Dubbed SALi (Smart Automated Lodgement API), the smart kiosk can recognize weight, handwriting and customers' identity - automatically configures the price of shipping, which customers can pay via credit card.
“meldCX’s Concept SALi makes it much easier and faster for customers to lodge parcels and provides more features that customers want, such as bulk lodgement,” says David McNamara, Australia Post’s Post Office Network General Manager.
